'Depression' a pretty common word for us but few years back people didn't even knew meaning of it. Why is it so? Is it because of our busy schedule? Or is it the environment we are living in? It's because now all what matters is money. People do extra hrs at office for earning more, but what they lose is health, cause of sleep debt, stress, tension which in turn make them depressed. In our lives problem isn't the problem, problem is that why are 'we' facing this problem i.e. it isn't the obstruction that is upsetting us it the over-thinking we do after facing the obstruction. Over-thinking makes the situation worst. So please stop over-thinking and think about your important needs like sleep and diet.
